What is the delivery time?
Standard orders are delivered within 2–5 business days throughout Denmark. Seasonal orders (Christmas, Easter) require ordering well in advance—contact us for current deadlines.
Can we get a sample before we order?
Yes. For larger orders, we would be happy to stop by with a sample so you can evaluate the product. Contact us with your expected volume.
How do invoicing and payment terms work?
As standard, we invoice with payment due upon fulfilment. Larger customers can agree on longer payment terms. All invoices can be sent as EAN invoices to public-sector customers.
Do you deliver throughout Denmark?
Yes, we deliver throughout Denmark. For regular agreements, we can arrange a fixed delivery day and time that suits your operations.
Is your chocolate allergen-friendly?
Our range includes products without dairy, nuts & gluten. We can assemble allergy-friendly packages upon request.
