Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a concrete offer with product suggestions, price, and a design mockup, so you can see your branding on the package or foil before you decide.

You approve, we produce
Once the mockup is approved, production begins. The standard delivery time is 6 weeks from approval. Smaller orders may be faster.

Sleeve or branded foil — which should we choose?
It depends on the use. Sleeves wrap around the box and are for gifts where the package needs to make an impression in a single moment (customer gift, anniversary, Christmas gift). Branded foil is on each individual bite and is for ongoing brand touchpoints — events, conferences, office snack bars, meeting rooms — where your brand should meet many hands over time. You can also combine both. Your contact person will help find the right solution.
How long is the delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 6 weeks from mockup approval. Smaller orders can typically be faster. Larger orders or more complex designs may require more time — your contact person will inform you.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We accept orders from 50 pcs up to 10,000 pcs. Volume prices start from the first order, and the price improves with larger quantities.
Will we get a mockup before production?
Yes, always. A mockup is delivered within 2-3 business days as part of the offer. You see exactly how your design looks on the package or foil before you decide. No surprises when the box lands on your table.
Can we save the design for later orders?
Yes. Once we have designed your sleeve or foil for the first time, you can reorder faster and without extra design work. Many customers use the same branding for ongoing customer and employee gifts or event activation.
Do you take allergies into consideration?
Yes. We have varieties without milk, without nuts, and without gluten. You can indicate allergies on the order or assemble separate allergy-friendly packages with the same branding.
How will we be invoiced?
One consolidated invoice sent by email. EAN invoicing is supported for public customers. Payment terms are agreed individually.
