Once the mock-up has been approved, production begins. The standard delivery time is 6 weeks from approval. Smaller orders may be completed faster.

Sleeve or branded foil — what should we choose?
It depends on how they’ll be used. Sleeves wrap around the box and are suitable for gifts where the packaging needs to make an impression at a glance (customer gifts, anniversaries, Christmas gifts). Branded foil wraps each individual bite and is suitable for ongoing brand touchpoints — events, conferences, office snack bars, meeting rooms — where your brand should reach many hands over time. You can also combine both. Your contact person will help you find the right solution.
How long is the delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 6 weeks from mockup approval. Smaller orders can typically be completed faster. Larger orders or more complex designs may require more time — your contact person will let you know.
What is the minimum order?
We accept orders from 50 units for sleeves and a minimum of 2,880 units for bites. Volume pricing starts with your first order, and the price gets better with larger quantities.
Will we receive a mockup before production?
Yes, always. A mock-up is delivered within 2–3 business days as part of the quote. You see exactly what your design looks like on the packaging or foil before you decide. No surprises when the box lands on your desk.
Can we save the design for future orders?
Yes. Once we have designed your sleeve or foil for the first time, you can place repeat orders more quickly and without additional design work. Many customers use the same branding for ongoing customer and employee gifts or event activation.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Yes. We offer varieties without milk, nuts, or gluten. You can indicate allergies on the order or put together separate allergy-friendly packages with the same branding.
How are we billed?
One consolidated invoice sent by email. EAN invoices are supported for public-sector customers. Payment terms are agreed individually.
