Yes, we ship to the following countries besides Denmark:

If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, you do not need to do anything as long as the name, mobile number, and email are correct. If you have chosen home delivery and the parcel has not yet been sent, please write to us as soon as possible at the following email: kundeservice@simplychocolate.dk.
If your parcel has been sent, please contact the chosen shipping company as soon as possible.

Please include the order number in the email, so we can send the missing chocolate to you as soon as possible!

The delivery time in Denmark is typically 1-3 weekdays.
The delivery time outside Denmark is typically 3-14 weekdays.
All our parcels are insured and come with a tracking number. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email with tracking information that allows you to follow your parcel.

Returns & reimbursements
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item or we have entered into an agreement for a service.
Goods
If you have ordered several different goods in the same purchase, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the purchase consists of several batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.
The period means that you have 14 days from receipt or the day we made the agreement to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You can send an email to kundeservice@simplychocolate.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms of trade.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us.

The delicious Simply® Dark marci, Simply® Mocca Molly, and Simply® Salty fred are free from milk protein!

At Simply Chocolate, we have installed a large solar panel system on the roof of our factory in Copenhagen. This makes us 100% self-sufficient with energy when the sun shines.
When you receive the Chocolate, there will be at least 2 months of shelf life, and often More!
Order as a gift
Of course! Just write the delivery details for the gift recipient, and be sure to write your own details under the billing address.
The recipient's email and mobile number are used for notification if the parcel arrives at a parcel shop. You can add your own details if you want the parcel to be a surprise, but be sure to notify the lucky recipient if the parcel is sent to a parcel shop, in case the recipient is not at home.
