What you usually ask for.
How far in advance should we order?
Standard gifts can typically be delivered within 5–10 business days. For Christmas, Easter, and major events, you should order well in advance (typically 4–6 weeks) so we can plan production and personalization. Your contact person will let you know what we can accommodate if you are ordering at short notice.
Can we change the quantity after placing the order?
Yes, within certain limits. Minor changes can typically be handled without problems up until production. Contact your representative as early as possible.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes. Either as a combined delivery to one address for internal distribution, or direct delivery to each individual recipient. Send us a list of addresses, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How are we billed?
One consolidated invoice sent by email. EAN invoices are supported for public-sector customers. Payment terms are agreed individually.
Can we taste it before we decide?
Yes. We’d be happy to visit your office with samples so you can try the selection together and find the right gift for the occasion. Mention it in the form, and we’ll arrange a time.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Yes. We offer varieties without milk, nuts, or gluten. You can indicate allergies for individual gifts or put together separate allergen-friendly packages.
