What you usually ask about.
How far in advance do we need to order?
Standard gifts can typically be delivered within 5-10 business days. For Christmas, Easter, and major events, you should order well in advance (usually 4-6 weeks) so we can plan production and personalization. Your contact person will let you know what we can manage if you are late.
Can we change the quantity after ordering?
Yes, within certain limits. Minor changes are typically handled without problems up until production. Contact your contact person as early as possible.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes. Both as a combined delivery to one address that is distributed internally, or direct delivery to each individual recipient. Send us an address list, and we will take care of the rest.
How will we be invoiced?
One consolidated invoice sent by email. EAN invoicing is supported for public customers. Payment terms are agreed individually.
Can we taste before we decide?
Yes. We are happy to come by your office with samples so you can test the range together and find the right gift for the occasion. Write it in the form, and we will arrange a time.
Do you take allergies into consideration?
Yes. We have varieties without milk, without nuts, and without gluten. You can mark allergies on individual gifts or assemble separate allergy-friendly packages.
