Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no formal minimum order. Volume pricing applies from the first case, and the price automatically improves for larger quantities.
How often can we order?
Whenever you want. You can order directly online whenever the need arises. If you prefer a fixed delivery schedule, your contact person can arrange this with you.
Can we have one agreement for several canteens?
Yes. Customers with multiple locations (hospitals, municipalities, corporations with offices in several cities) typically have one agreement with a shared contact person and individual delivery to each address.
Can we get an EAN invoice?
Yes. We support EAN invoices for public-sector customers. Regular invoices are sent by email.
Do you follow the seasonal range?
Yes. We adjust our range for Christmas, Easter, and summer. Your contact person will get in touch well in advance so you can plan your purchases and display.
