Dubai Chocolate – a new classic from Simply
Dubai Chocolate is not just a new chocolate trend – it is a taste experience that bridges tradition and modern luxury. At Simply, we have drawn inspiration from the popular Middle Eastern dessert tradition and created our own version of Dubai Chocolate with a focus on honest flavour, thoughtful details, and aesthetics.
In our Dubai Chocolate, 57% milk chocolate is combined with 21% pistachio cream – a blend that is both round, intense, and harmonious. The pistachio paste is made from roasted pistachio nuts and a touch of salt, which enhances the nutty flavour and creates contrast to the sweet chocolate. We have added cornflakes to give a light crispness, while natural vanilla and a hint of turmeric root complete the experience both in taste and colour.
The special thing about Dubai Chocolate lies in the interplay between the creamy and the crunchy – between the warm and the fresh. It is chocolate that does not require lengthy explanations, yet still surprises when tasted. The golden surface and the visual finish are not just decoration – they are an integral part of the experience and a subtle tribute to the city’s sense of aesthetics and details.
At Simply, we base ourselves on traditional chocolate craft: We use good raw materials and select each ingredient with care. Our Dubai Chocolate is developed and produced in Denmark and created with a focus on transparency and balanced flavour. We take care with both the process and the expression – for us, the most important thing is that the taste feels natural and genuine.
