We send all packages through our subcontractor Coolrunner, which allows you as a customer to choose from a number of different shipping companies.

Denmark
If your order is under DKK 499, excluding shipping, you will pay a shipping fee (the price is shown when you select the shipping option). The amount is shown before you place your order. We offer free shipping if you purchase more than DKK 499, excluding shipping costs, in a single order.

Delivery time in Denmark is typically 1-3 business days.

EU + rest of the world
There will be a shipping fee on all orders sent outside Denmark (the price is shown when you select the shipping option). The amount is shown before you place your order.
Delivery time outside Denmark is typically 3-14 business days.

All our packages are insured and come with a track & trace number. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information that allows you to track your package.
