Packaging

Understandably, there is a strong focus on packaging and environmental impact, and at Simply Chocolate, we are constantly working to get closer to our goal of 100% recyclable packaging. Therefore, we place great emphasis on packaging when we talk about the environment and recycling. But we are highly dependent on the chosen boxes and foil protecting the chocolate well, as even the most beautiful and best-tempered chocolate will turn gray and lose its crispness if it is not properly wrapped. With some of our products, we have already reached our goal of full recyclability; in other cases, we are still testing options to ensure that the sustainable solution complies with both food safety and quality. Compromise is not part of the recipe at Simply Chocolate.

Imagine edible packaging – meaning no waste. We’re not quite there yet, but we are on our way, and until we reach our goal, we do everything we can to keep improving. This includes partnering with the organization Plastic Change, which works to reduce plastic waste and find better alternatives. The goal is a world completely free of plastic waste. We are committed to this journey, for the sake of nature and the planet.
