Complaint - If there is something wrong with the product
As a consumer, You have a 24-month complaint right. This means that if the product has a defect and You complain in time, You are entitled initially to have the product repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, or does not happen within a reasonable time, You may under the circumstances get a refund or a price reduction.
A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material fault, or incorrect information about the product. However, normal wear and tear, or damage You have caused to the product, is not a defect. If You discover a defect, You must complain to us "within a reasonable time". We recommend that You complain as soon as possible, especially if it concerns transport damage.
If You complain within 2 months after the defect is discovered, it is always considered within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund Your reasonable and necessary shipping costs.
If You believe the product has a defect, please describe the problem as detailed as possible.
Remember that the product must always be sent in secure packaging and you should get a receipt for the shipment. Keep the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.
